The purpose of this study is to explore the specific mechanism and practice path of artificial intelligence technology affecting interpersonal psychology, in order to improve the effectiveness of business English in international and overseas business. The focus of the research is how artificial intelligence tools reshape the cross-cultural business communication mode through e-mail generation and real-time caption technology, and improve the psychological state of communicators. This study uses qualitative research method to compare the business e-mail generated by AI with the e-mail written manually and the real-time caption technology in online conferences. The results show that AI tools significantly improve the communication efficiency of overseas e-mail writing and online meetings (such as frequent use of action verbs to strengthen information orientation, and systematic selection of modal verbs to optimize interpersonal meta functions). However, the algorithm has limitations in cross-cultural sensitivity (such as idiom mistranslation), pragmatic strategies (such as relying too much on modal verbs to lead to text mechanization) and emotional expression (such as cultural metaphor and humor dislocation). The research shows that while using AI tools to improve the level of business English, we should pay attention to the collaborative development of AI and human ability, and provide practical suggestions for international business practitioners and business English education.
