Abstract

As an emerging industry that is rapidly developing, the safety risk management issue of youth outdoor sports camps has not received sufficient attention. This paper considers establishing a safety education risk factor system, determining the interactive factors of camp risks from three aspects: personnel, materials, and environment. Based on these risk factors, it proposes to calculate and identify the weights of each factor by combining the structural equation model. On this basis, a Kano model for camp safety risks is established to classify different elements in each attribute. The results show that the weights of the 55 risk factors range from 0.005 to 0.033, and the weights are relatively balanced. The highest priority of the personnel risk dimension belongs to the essential type of function, while in the material and environmental dimensions, they are of the non-differentiated type and the attractive type of needs respectively. Based on this, the corresponding safety education risk prevention and control mechanism is constructed.
