In this study, we propose a new frame work of strongly regular Fermatean neutrosophic fuzzy graphs using Dombi operators. The Dombi operator introduced by József Dombi provides a flexible aggregation mechanism, while Fermatean neutrosophic sets effectively capture truth, indeterminacy, and falsity under uncertainty. By combining these concepts, the notion of strong regularity is extended to a more generalized graph structure. Various fundamental properties, operations, and conditions related to strong regularity are established and analysed. Suitable examples are presented to illustrate the proposed concepts. The developed model is useful for handling complex decision-making and network problems in uncertain and imprecise environments.
