Emotional Intelligence (EI) has progressed beyond traditional perspectives to embrace the emerging concept of Quantum Emotional Intelligence (QEI)—a holistic, multidimensional framework that unites emotional awareness, adaptability, and systemic coherence. This study explores QEI as a transformative factor influencing Organizational Performance (OP) within educational institutions in Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu. Data were gathered from 150 participants, including teachers, faculty members, Heads of Departments, and Principals from schools, colleges, polytechnics, and universities. The results revealed two key dimensions of QEI—emotional coherence, representing alignment, empathy, and stability, and emotional divergence, reflecting flexibility, creativity, and openness. Both dimensions were found to significantly enhance organizational performance by fostering emotionally intelligent leadership and collaborative work environments. The findings underscore that institutions led by individuals with high QEI demonstrate greater efficiency, innovation, and adaptability in addressing challenges. By promoting emotional awareness and quantum-level thinking, QEI contributes to organizational resilience and sustainable growth. The study concludes that developing QEI-oriented leadership competencies can serve as a strategic pathway for educational institutions to improve performance, strengthen relationships, and cultivate emotionally intelligent cultures that thrive in complex and rapidly changing environments.
