Abstract

The construction of the core capability system for intelligent health elderly care management services provides precise guidance for professional talent cultivation. This research was carried out through four stages of actions. In the first stage, through policy text analysis, job task analysis, and expert interviews, the intelligent elderly care service management capability items were initially generated. In the second stage, based on the Delphi expert consultation results, the final capability indicator system was modified and confirmed. In the third and fourth stages, relevant indicator data were collected through questionnaires and statistical methods, and the rationality of the indicator structure was verified using statistical quantities. The final determined core capabilities of the intelligent health elderly care service and management major include 4 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 22 third-level indicators. Through exploratory analysis, 6 principal component factors were extracted, and confirmatory factor analysis verified that this core capability indicator system has coordination and consistency.
