The study aimed to answer the following question that is the research problem; What is the level of impact of job cliques on the sustainable performance of employees in the investigated organization?

For this purpose, study was carried out using descriptive analytical method with hypothetical framework that shows the hypotheses of study variables availability and correlation and influence between study variables at overall and dimensional levels. A sample of 115 employees of the organization investigated were selected and a questionnaire was distributed. To analyze the collected data, descriptive and inferential statistics are used, with SPSS Version 26 and SmartPLS software. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant correlation and effect between job cliques and employees' sustainable performance. The results showed that the more the job cliques, the more negative is the impact on the job sustainable performance in the dimensions of environment, social and economic. In addition, it was determined that leadership and communication aspects have the biggest influence in weakening sustainable performance in relation to lack of coordination, slow decision-making process and lack of information flow in the organization. The structural dimension also added to administrative complexity and lack of organizational flexibility. The study ended with some findings and recommendations, the most significant of which were the necessity of tackling the job cliques, which can be done by creating an organizational structure, improving the administrative communication system, and strengthening the managerial leadership to make quick and flexible decisions. These would help to enhance sustainable performance as well as to create a balance between the organization’s economic, social and environmental goals.
