Abstract

This study examines the influence of HR Analytics adoption on employee performance among IT professionals in Bangalore. Recruitment analytics, performance analytics, learning and development analytics, compensation analytics, and workforce planning analytics are the five aspects that the study uses to conceptualize HR analytics. To evaluate the measurement and structural models, data were gathered from IT experts and analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM). The results show that employee performance is positively impacted by all five HR Analytics aspects, highlighting the strategic importance of data-driven HR policies. The predictive relevance value (Q² = 0.431) indicates sufficient predictive power, and the model explains a significant percentage of the variance in employee performance (R² = 0.682). In order to improve employee performance and support evidence-based human resource management, the study emphasizes how crucial it is to include HR analytics into organizational decision-making.
