The swift expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) regulations has revolutionized organizational functions while concurrently presenting substantial security vulnerabilities and data integrity issues. This study rigorously analyzes the function of safe cyber forensic systems in alleviating threats in IoT-driven BYOD contexts. The research identifies prevalent vulnerabilities through qualitative examination of academic literature, industry publications, and recent threat intelligence, including phishing assaults (38%), unpatched OS systems (27%), insecure IoT communications (21%), and unauthorized data sharing (14%). Research from IBM Security X-Force and Frost & Sullivan reveals that firms with forensic readiness identified breaches 41% more swiftly and retrieved 23% more data, highlighting the need of proactive forensic integration. A comparative scenario analysis shown that forensic-enabled systems decrease breach detection time from 72 to 28 hours, reduce data loss from 6.5 GB to 1.8 GB, and enhance recovery success from 42% to 78%, while diminishing compliance concerns. This paper presents the Adaptive AI-Driven Forensic Readiness Model as a conceptual framework that promotes real-time evidence collecting, decentralized logging, and AI-based anomaly detection to enhance security in decentralized IoT-BYOD environments. The research underscores that including forensic readiness into BYOD policies not only protects data integrity and compliance but also bolsters business resilience against advancing cyber threats.
