In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations have significantly restructured traditional workforce management practices by adopting remote and hybrid work models. This study examines how these work arrangements function within contemporary organizational strategies. It aims to identify effective practices for managing geographically dispersed teams and to evaluate the impact of remote work on employee productivity, job satisfaction, and work–life balance. A comprehensive review of existing literature, including scholarly articles, books, and conference papers, forms the basis of this research. The findings indicate that remote work can enhance productivity and job satisfaction by minimizing workplace distractions and increasing flexibility. However, it may also lead to challenges such as social isolation and difficulties in maintaining clear boundaries between work and personal life. Hybrid work models, which integrate remote and office-based work, offer a balanced solution by promoting collaboration while preserving flexibility. The study further highlights the importance of leadership, particularly transformational leadership and effective communication, in managing remote and hybrid teams successfully. It concludes by emphasizing the need for continued research to understand evolving trends and long-term implications for employee well-being and organizational performance.
