Abstract

Developing an augmented reality application is usually a task for expert programmers, but using appropriate resources a non-programmer can be successful in such intent. This paper discusses the development of an educational spatial game to be customized by non-programmers users and shows the used authoring tool, the development process of the game and its usability evaluation considering the augmented reality characteristics. Finally, we discuss the game authoring and the customization approach and point out directions to improve the tool and the game.
