Abstract

This journal paper introduces four different decision making methods, their application on e-Process Selection and then the requirements of a meta-model for each that will support the e-Process Selection Methodology. E-Processes are those development processes that can be used to develop e-Commerce Information Systems (eCIS). The four different decision making processes used to build the metal models are Value-Benefit Analysis, Analytical Hierarchy Process, Case-Based Reasoning and a Social Choice Method. This journal paper then uses each of these meta-models to develop an integrated meta-model for e-Process selection.
