Post-covid-19 pandemic changes have occurred everywhere. In education, to cope with the global changes, educators have moved from traditional face-to-face classrooms to new alternative distance learning methods. Thai government has adjusted to global changes for education in their 20-year national plan to use Thai MOOCs open learning service, the Thai version of massive open online courses, as the new alternative learning method, as it is easier to access, open, repetitive, affordable, and useful. This study utilized an online questionnaire to measure the qualitative consensus of 25 experts using the Rough Set Delphi technique to explore the interrelationship among components and quantitative confirmative factor analysis of 800 Thai MOOC users. The results revealed that factors – such as knowledge sharing, Thai MOOC features, motivation-usage, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, and actual use – affected the success of Thai MOOC usage.
