The career guidance in higher education is an increasing concern in student’s needs. The purpose of the study is to analyze the links between source node (Guidance Experts) and the target Node (Students). This paper presents the proximity of a node has analyzed the influential link position between the vertices in the core-periphery structure. The use of fuzzy logic and graph metric properties of Nodes used to find the Node selection criterion in terms of influence propagation. The approach yielded results with good accuracy.
